Second Lake is the first selectable Big Pine North Fork overnight area in Kampilo, set below Temple Crag and the Palisade skyline.
Its turquoise basin is a geographic reference, not a designated campsite. Camp only on a legal durable surface outside the 100-foot shoreline, stream, and trail setbacks.
