Pine Creek Trailhead

Pine Creek Wilderness, Cleveland National Forest, California

About this place

Pine Creek is the Forest Service's overnight-oriented access to Secret Canyon Trail, a 13.8-mile one-way route through Pine Creek Wilderness to Horsethief Trailhead.

An Adventure Pass is required for parking and remote camping is permit-only; the strenuous canyon route is best in fall, winter, and spring and can hold seasonal pools but no dependable treated supply.
