Morgan Territory Regional Preserve, Contra Costa County, California
The Morgan Territory Road staging area reaches the preserve's single reservable backpack camp over the Volvon and Valley View trail network.
The camp is about 2.8 trail miles from staging and includes nonpotable water, tables, a vault toilet, and hitching rails; it closes from November through March.

Park-specific staging and overnight parking: Use the signed Morgan Territory Road Staging Area access in Morgan Territory Regional Preserve, Contra Costa County, California. Use the staging area named by the reservation: Black Diamond Mines, Mission Peak Stanford Avenue, Morgan Territory Road, Round Valley, or Sibley. Day-use hours do not independently authorize overnight parking. Stewartville and Morgan Territory backpack camps close each November through March. Mission Peak, Round Valley, and Sibley remain subject to heat, storm, fire, water-system, and park-hour closures.
Confirm the exact reservation and park alert. Round Valley's water system is currently out of service, and a reservation does not override a preserve closure.
